As Chief Executive Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and executing the strategic plan for the company. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, my responsibilities encompassed both strategic planning and tactical implementation for HTSI. My responsibilities included leading a team to provide strategic planning, business development, proposal management, Mentor-Protege agreement implementation, security, contract management, HR, communications, and marketing for HTSI to foster growth and achieve company goals while maintaining compliance. My goals were to ensure that the HTSI team has the tools required to be successful and to minimize corporate burdens for the direct support personnel so they can focus on customer success.
