Maintaining client files, assisting with trading activities of equities and fixed income securities Working continuously with Asset Recovery Team and providing weekly recovery report to management. Conducting stress tests to ascertain the impact of changes in key economic/market variables on the portfolio. Handling all operational issues of the organization on daily basis. Preparing daily fund valuation reports on various mutual funds. Preparing quality monthly and quarterly reports on mutual funds. Ensuring proper statutory reporting standards to duly authorized agencies as appropriate Acting as an independent review and evaluation officer on compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved. Attending AML workshop and meeting/sending reporting FIC,SEC and all regulatory bodies including GRA, SSNIT, and NPRA Being the correspondence between SEC and other regulatory bodies to the company and providing relevant information on where to invest. Assisting with audit, generation of office statements with consolidated banks and liaising with various relationship managers of other banks on specific issues including swift transfers, fund transfers and account opening issues. Renewing our AML/CFT compliance program and train staff accordingly. Knowing various investment types such as mutual funds, stocks and bonds and how they are being functional.
