External communications: (i) Elaboration, implementation and follow up of the Communications Plan; (ii) Responsible for the image and reputation of the company within key stakeholders and social media; (iii) Press relations; (iv) Follow up of relevant information and preparation of reports (mentions in the media, main railway and industry news, parliamentary bills or legislation, etc.); (v) Events and other opportunities of institutional involvement (presentations, preparations of speakers, etc.). . Internal communications: (i) Day-to-day communications with all employees (newsletters, billboards) ; (ii) Run of specific campaigns and actions (special dates, events, etc.) . Corporate Social Responsibility: (i) Social investment actions in the communities in which the company has operations (donations, volunteering); (ii) Social investment survey and field study to design a long-term strategy of social investment (with pillars, main goals, actions and KPIs).
