• Leading the application and implementation of Process Technology Products, Systems and Solutions portfolio. • Leading strategic Innovation & Development of the new Products, Systems, Solutions and Services from concept to implementation through cross functional collaboration (considering internal and external partners) with focus on key user and stakeholder needs as well as on digital transformation, safety, environmentally friendly products, sustainability, CO2 emissions reduction and circular economy. • Leading of the execution of the customers’ projects through following processes: fact finding, offering & pricing, project management, engineering & simulations, installation, commissioning, training and after sales service. • Managing Process Technology products, systems, solutions and services portfolio as well as performing of competitors analysis. • Developing the strategies to gain new customer projects through understanding current business opportunities and appropriate products, solutions, and services within the RHI Magnesita portfolio. • Defining global functional products, solutions, and services business in terms of strategy, pricing and offering. • Managing and evaluation of NFM patent portfolio, and developing the strategies to protect and secure products, systems, and solutions through close collaboration with IP department. • Communication of the annual budget for sales, system and service requirements, personnel and expenses, aiming at the consolidation of strategic goals and direction to achieve results. • Following technical trends and technologies available in the market as well as participation in technical and scientific conferences, fairs and seminars. • Evaluation of the employees’ and team’s performance, proposing and defining allocations and management actions for better use of skills and adequate composition of work teams, aiming at equal treatment, people satisfaction and organizational results.
