Coordinator of Commercial Vehicle Scheduling • Order submission analysis and reporting to related departments, • Analysis of supplier and production constraints and capacities vs. submitted orders, • Scheduling plant production on monthly basis, in line with capacities, constraints, sales priorities and customer needs, • Sequencing of daily production, • Month, quarter, and year end reporting to Executive Management, • Lead to New Projects, Launch, and Model Year change processes, • Follow-up both new features and balance outs to lead the team for updating the scheduling system accordingly, • Cooperate with other plants, determine shared constraints and capacities, • Determination of aged orders and analyzing of order change requests, • Analysis of Order – To – Delivery process to meet the fully customer satisfaction.
Inventory Control & Planning • Making necessary studies for the determination of Company Inventory Targets in year basis, • Organizing and presenting monthly Inventory Committee Meetings to the Executive Management by analyzing status of the plant (actual vs. target), • Analyzing and elimination of inactive stocks such as obsolescence, slow moving, non-moving, over-shipment, etc. as low as possible, • Determination of optimal safety stock level and transit time of each production part based on ABC Analysis, • Analyzing and reporting of aged parts and aged vehicles to the related departments, • Monitoring warehouse occupation, • Prevention to have inactive stocks after Model Year changes.
• Supporting course material preparation, • Supporting research carried out by faculty members, • Conducting tutorials, • Teaching Industrial Engineering related software packages such as Simulation, Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), and Microsoft Access, etc. • Supporting administrative activities.
