As an original co-founder of the company, I took over sole leadership at the end of 2016. From the outset, it’s been an amazing journey during which we have led a huge number of technology transformation projects for nearly all of the world’s largest investment banks. We’ve also had a lot of fun and raised a stack of money for charity. I have now managed to assemble our best ever team and we have large active projects in EMEA, Americas and APAC. My role is to lead the business, but I am also the Principal Consultant and have oversight of the sales process. My involvement in projects and programs varies from direct leadership to governance oversight and escalation duties. Non-disclosure agreements prevent me from naming our clients and to list all of our projects would be repetitive but, as an overview, I can give few examples of the types of program that I am proud to have delivered: • 5,800 user, 70 site, global trader voice migration. • 2,000 user, 12 location trading floor infrastructure upgrade in North America. • 10,000 user UC migration. • 1,200 user trader voice upgrade using our proprietary TIMM™ toolset. • Trading floor design and fit-out for 450 users in Eastern Europe. • Trader voice migration from three sites to a 1,200-position trading floor in London. • Voice recording audit and remediation for a global investment bank. • Data center strategy review for an Asian bank. • Bulk voice data retrieval “eDiscovery” project for 24 custodians, 12 years and 300,000 calls.
