I lead a cutting-edge design, manufacturing, and fulfillment company headquartered in Southern California, with facilities across North America. We are an fully employee-owned operation (ESOP) that has been growing by more than 15% year over year for the last few years. I started in this business at the bottom, sweeping floors in the design department while attending college. I moved through the ranks and succeeded the company’s founder, Bill Hanan, in 2002. We’ve gone through an incredible evolution since those early days of making brown corrugated boxes, and we continue to transform our operations as quickly as the groundbreaking technologies we leverage. Our tools have progressed from simple cutters to silk-screen printers, to laminators, to a digital press, then a digital printer, to now leveraging AI and data analytics to provide our customers with the most innovative solutions for their packaging and display needs.
