Greenwich Capital established the Mātou Kāinga Māori Housing & Development initiative to help increase Māori home ownership statistics and supporting Māori growth & development strategies that align with this focus within Aotearoa. The investment mandate is to fund housing-solutions that result in significantly more Māori owning quality, energy efficient, financially sustainable homes. We intend to work collaboratively with Māoridom, Government and the Market to achieve the best possible outcomes through co-design, planning, and executing through a grassroots investments strategy.
