As the CEO of DTLiveLAB, I serve as a strategist where I engage with Executives and the employee base to assist in developing their innovation and/or customer experience roadmap and training plan. I support my clients, along with our team to achieve their goals and objectives. I personally manage client relationships and develop new frameworks and teaching methods. ⇨ We facilitated the creation of Nationwide Financial’s Innovation Priority Map and created training to activate current employees to fill the innovation pipeline, now in its 6th year with over 1.5K participants. ⇨ Our team developed a human-centered innovation process – a perpetual idea machine to develop breakthrough solutions at warp speed - for a leading marketing agency, immediately winning a new Fortune 500 client ⇨ During COVID, we taught a student team how to practice design thinking fast so they could tackle a client project in 3 weeks – making it a small jump to their project and earning accolades from their client ⇨ As a Fortune 100 firm moves from Big I innovation to becoming customer-obsessed at scale, we introduced an activation framework and training program for the architects of customer experiences and innovation who have an exponential impact on the customer experience
