• Developed mission, strategic priorities and impact assessment: Pioneered the “do good as you go” movement, developed mission and strategy and organizational requirements, including recruiting board members • Executed on all formation and reporting requirements: Applied and received 501c3 status, NJ Charities designation, taxes, contracts, IT systems, databases, processes and banking requirements • Recruited and managed a diverse global team: 15 people over 4 years across Asia, Australia, Africa, Latin America and N. America; this team worked with 150+ volunteers across 20 countries • Established a strong culture and brand: Inspired a strong focus on dignity, empowerment and sustainability within the Muskoka team, our partners, volunteers and the public • Grant/Development financing: Developed materials and relationships from zero, shared the concept and achieved financial support, equipment donations and bro bono time from corporations, travel portals, foundations, individuals and the public
