Responsible for Strategic Planning and acting COO at 'The Cobblers', a disruptive FashTech startup servicing the $430B global luxury and premium Footwear and Handbag industry. Focusing on Millenials' and Gen X and Zs' evolving shopping habits and increased awareness of the environmental impacts of the traditional linear economy, our business model is perfectly aligned with the circular economy and enables consumers of all demographics to extend the life cycle of their personal luxury items and recover value at the end of their life cycle. As responsible for Strategy and Execution, co-developed the company's business model, service roadmap, go-to-market strategy and five year strategic business plan. As acting COO, co-developed our suite of Restoration and Customization services and designed a made-to-fit Marketplace platform and a fully automated and integrated data analytics solution. Oversee all operational areas of the company including Customer Service, Sales Operations, Operations, Technology Development and provide execution oversight on all Strategic Projects and Initiatives.
