* Reporting Cash Flow and Revenue forecasts periodically and creating financial reports * Reviewing and reconciling general ledger, indentifying and thorughly investigating any discrepencies and taking corrective actions to resolve them *Handle AP, verifying payment documentation, referencing outstanding bills, updating debt balance and counducting disbursement * Adminstering Accounts receivable customer files and records, follow established procedures for processing receipts * Conduct month-end, quarter-end year-end close processes to verify all entries ahave been posted, ensuring completness, accuracy of information. * Processing payroll, computing and filing GST and PAYE returns * Maintaining fixed asset register * Preparing quaterly and annual budget * Bank reconciliations and reconciling inter company accounts
