I was responsible for providing a dedicated Product Development / Technology Strategy to the Technical Operations function, aimed at ensuring more projects were successfully completed, particularly in the areas of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft AI Builder, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (Existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA)), REST API Integration, and Azure environments. I worked with a team of Dynamics 365 Solution Design Engineers, Power Platform Engineers, and Testers, guiding their efforts and ensuring successful project delivery. Additionally, I/We advised the EY (EY PCS) Leadership Team on the suitability and maturity of legacy technologies and workflows, providing guidance on the implementation and adoption of preferred solutions within the business. Furthermore, I/We spearheaded the understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications Solutions Ecosystem and facilitated the internal knowledge sharing of this information across the organization. I was an evangelist and enthusiast for the Microsoft Business Applications Solutions Ecosystem, including AI Platforms, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Azure, actively promoting and advocating for their adoption and effective utilization.

Identifying and sourcing appropriate technical training for 3 departments; whereby to be an advocate for use of technology in Technical Operations processes and procedures. Developing a strategic technology plan that will optimise Frank Hirth offering to clients and the company. Spearheading the integration of Business System with Frank Hirth's Microsoft estate of products. Pioneering and developing Citizen Developer programme, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform. Advising key stakeholders on the suitability and maturity of legacy technologies and workflows, and guide implementation and adoption of preferred solutions into the business. Engaging with third parties such as Gartner, Microsoft, Bytes, QA, Wolters Kluwer, Sage, Thomson Reuters and other technology and training partners, to make sure that we are progressing with the cloud-initiatives at a reasonable pace and cost.
