 The main tasks of this position consist in giving a technical support of Analyzes and recommendations in order to allow a better supervision and a Better optimization of the network;  provided a continuous effort to guarantee an excellent quality of service to the subscribers.  Work in coordination with other teams to solve technical problems and increase the quality of service;  Report the technical problems of this region to the service concerned and follow the evolution of the main indicators of the quality of service of the network.  Ensure the capture of Multi-technology interface A, interface A bis, and interface Gb;  Provide the other teams (Radio team, NSS team, NOC team and optimization team) a support for technical analysis of network problems.  Supervise Analyze the QOS of VIP subscribers and high revenue  Supervise Analyze Roamer's QOS.  RAN Signaling Analyis and troubleshooting (CSSR, Drop call, HO, Paging, Location Update)   Monitoring GSM A,UMTS,LTE & Radio interfaces, elaborating internal audits using Astellia solution to follow up  Customer complaints troubleshooting include drive tests for coverage and radio quality handling and A traces for signalling problems  Quality of Service and network performance  Accessibility and retainability improvement  Follow up SMS MO efficiency with details cause. (Detection of subscribers with wrong sms center or bad configurations.
