Haley Tollefson's past jobs
Responsible for creating a sales funnels to increase traffic of incoming request for quotes. Utilized and managed SEO (PPC/organic) to improve the flow of RFQs. My marketing tactics and strategy resulted in growth from 69 yearbook titles to 301. Documented growth, return on investment and daily/monthly ad spend by using analytics supplied by Google and Yahoo/Bing as well as organized and managed all advertising opportunities and budgets for product line. I was also responsible for implementing email marketing campaigns for non-yearbook product lines and used email marketing tool (Mindfire) to better service 300 yearbook advisors and developed webinars to increase sales close rates; support our telephone sales staff and expand sales territory to 48 states. To generate such results, I leveraged oral and written communication skills by generating my own published materials and by developing and improving live seminar presentations. Resolved incoming customer conflicts and implemented problem solving work-flow procedures to maximize employee efficiency. When a customer had a problem and we wanted to rescue the account I took the call (or email). During the course of my time with InTech I worked as a graphic designer, generated direct mail campaigns for clients and eventually for my own product line (Yearbooks). It was great experience; but my results exploded after embracing the online tools that make now a time of opportunity like no other for small and large firms alike.
