• General Management: Point of contact for over twenty employee issues and escalation. • Scheduling: Ensure all shifts are properly staffed, advance planning for holidays • Inventory Management: Develop an inventory management plan based on sales forecasting. Use tools to monitor inventory levels and notify owners of key re-order points. • Quality Control: Partner in establishing KPI for the team to ensure high FPY and consistent service. • Social Media: Partner with owners to create social media strategy and execute campaign objectives to drive more foot traffic and increase sales. Response and manage social media interaction. • Marketing: Develop promotion campaign’s for products and services to drive more sales based on analytical review. • Hiring & Training: Identify ongoing personnel needs and execute recruiting process managing activities from candidate selection, interview, extend offers, and onboarding, and training.

Northwest Tribal Art is one of the leading galleries showcasing museum-quality Northwest Native and Inuit artwork for collectors since 1981. • Responsible for day-to-day operations at Northwest Native American art gallery. • Provide general knowledge about different tribals and cultures to a diverse client, share stories of featured artists, identifying needs and wants, and closing sale to the satisfaction of each customer care. • Multitask on cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities. • Maintain and analyze P&L reports and inventory logs.
