The company mission is to provide sustainable energy in particular to developing countries. We do that partly via our country representatives, and partly via projects led by NIDECO, where representatives provide local support for the implementation. The representatives are trained and supported in entrepreneurship and sustainable energy by NIDECO. The work has largely consisted of establishing and building a sustainable organization, focusing on business development through customer relationships, building an internal competence database, training of representatives, support from suppliers and other partners, as well as funding. The result is a company with a franchise organization and a number of different concepts in sustainable energy towards different customer groups. Further, it has suppliers of different technologies within solar, bio, hydro and wind energy. Currently, it has representatives in 9 African countries.
