Project Location - Pune: • Assisting the technical lead in designing, implementing, and monitoring all value chain and marketing activities. • Assisting the team lead in monitoring and implementation of value chain activities with a focus on improving crops, diversification, productivity processing, and input-output market enhancement. • Supporting in preparation of annual work plans and progress reports on value chain components. • Work with the technical team to map value chain including main actors, the flow of products, infrastructure facilities, financial institutions, and all supporting organizations. • Conduct technical, economic, social, and environmental feasibility studies for the different value chain enterprises. • Conduct value chain assessment to identify gaps and develop recommendations on how to improve the selected value chains and maximize the impact. • Supporting in developing and delivering capacity development activities in the areas of agribusiness, value chain, and marketing development. • Provide support and guidance for the gathering of data and information needed to undertake effective monitoring and evaluation of activities related to livelihood diversification, value chain, and marketing. • Supporting Farmer Producer companies in establishment and in sustainable business model • Organizing and supervising data collections: training of enumerators, quality checks, data upload to project database, • Designing questionnaires for data collection in line with the project indicators, developing and web-based mobile data application for data collection, • Data analysis and data preparation for reporting • Developing case studies for the dissemination of best practices, successes, and achievements of the project • Ensuring timely collection of data and submission of various data for evaluation missions and reports • Preparing training modules for different data collection templates and providing training for the staff
