• Preparing Production Plan / Objects (yearly, monthly.....) • Monitoring Production (labor, machines, Costs ....) and Making Sure the production Running According to plan. • Monitoring Production Lines and Full Responsibility About input & out put the Production Process. • Monitoring and Making Sure Quality Parameter & ISO 9001 Procedure • Co-ordinate with Purchasing Office & Store Management to Define Production Requirements (Materials, Tools.....) • Co-ordinate with Human Recourse Management to Define Requirements (labor) • Monitoring And Making sure the Schedule Of preventive Maintenance • Monitoring And Making Sure Application of Safety Procedure (mask, gloves uniform, firefighting tools.......) • Forward the Periodical Reports to Plants Manager &Top Management • To plan daily Production work, run plant operation in continuous basis. • To continuously monitor plant, equipment and resource utilization and report, take corrective action in case of deviation. • To oversee the implementation of Quality Policies and procedure, achievement of Quality objectives. • To help to achieve Production plan and control the plan according to QMS and FSMS. • To prepare Production reports and related other records. • To take actions on non-conforming items& any other responsibility to your within department. • To handling production and man power during the work. • Organize and cleaning, hygiene requirements function for your dept. at all times. • Ensure Cleaning & sanitation done as per plan and Procedure additional control by ERP : - Analyze Production workloads, bottlenecks, and identify excess capacity on each production work centers. - Conducts time & motion study, take time study and analyze production work cycles. - Work to establish production routes, process time and Capacity in the system (Dynamic Axapta) in order to increase productivity, identify relativity of operations, and achieve a balance line on each work centers.
