Job Activities: •Preparing, updating, monitoring and revising the Baseline Master and Target Programme (Micro and Macro level) according to the project schedule needs with Cost and Resource Loading and monitoring the same. •Preparing Material Procurement Schedule/Program and organizing the delivery of materials on site accordingly. Routing detailed Shop Drawing Submittals Schedule/Program and Material Submittals Schedule/Program •Establish a new system for follow up. •Preparing Manpower, Equipment Monthly Usage Histograms and Organization Charts. •Review and analyze main and sub-contract conditions. Develop and maintain the project Contracts plan in conjunction with the Contracts Manager. •Evaluating Sub-contractor’s progress and Productivity of Performance. •Monitoring the Daily Progress in the workshop, Conducting Productivity analysis of day-to-day activities and preparing catch-up plans to control slippage and to meet target completion dates. Job Activities: -Receiving and studying the drawings for each new project. -Putting the main schedule for executing the different Ingredients of the project to meet the deadline. -Distributing the stages according to the prepared Schedule through the following operations: •Beams building sections: includes Flange and web cutting line (Big Shear), Flange Line (Welding, punching), Conrac line (Welding Webs, Tack Weld of Web with Flanges, and full path weld of the flanges with Web) using submerged arc welding and Heavy Beams Line (Tack Welding ,full path Semi-automatic welding) •Detailing Section: Detailing small parts and beams accessories using shears, bending machines, drills, …etc. •Fitting Section: Fitting the details on the beams according to the drawings and provide the best quality in the shortest time. •Welding Section: Welding the assembled beams and preparing them for painting, using carbon dioxide arc welding. -Watching &Improving the Quality Level through the different operations. -Preparing progress reports (Daily Reports) & submitting to production supervisor. -Measuring the performance of each individual worker and team work to put the correct incentive for each. -Solving the production problems to improve the level of the performance& productivity.
