Using Adobe Illustrator to design sports kits, training wear and apparel for international teams, universities and tournaments, both in the UK and worldwide. Graphic design for leisurewear and sublimation designs. Creating clear and precise Microsoft PowerPoint presentations ready to be presented to customers and attending meetings with high profile customers including visits to Belfast and the Isle of Man to meet commonwealth games teams. Using Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel to produce specification sheets for samples to be sent to factories around the world and reviewing samples once they arrive. Travelling to various places including a factory trip to China and a research trip in Hong Kong. Product development. Researching and designing new products including ideas for print and embroidery application, new garments and finishes and then producing sample sheets for these. Communicating, via E-mail and over the phone or Skype, with sales managers around the world and the factory in China.

Main duties were working on the front of store dealing with customer service enquiries, including refunds and exchanges. Also worked as a cashier dealing with transactions. Other duties included answering customer calls, checking stock and occasionally working on the shop floor helping customers with enquiries.
