The mission of Rosalee Consulting is to advance collective liberation by supporting social change leaders and organizations to step fully into their power to realize their vision for an equitable world. I bring my experiences an Asian immigrant woman, domestic violence survivor, lifelong activist and organizer among other identities as well as 20 years of professional experience in the non-profit sector in policy advocacy, philanthropy, research, and systems change. As coach, I accompany and empower coach partners (typically referred to as “clients”) in healing and realizing goals. This type of coaching is “liberatory” because we move towards each person more expansively expressing their unique identity and values to meet needs and realize desires. In the process, we draw from each person’s innate resilience and wisdom of their cultures. As a consultant, I facilitate intersectional collaboration to foster innovation for equity. I support strategic planning, retreats and workshops, program development, policy campaigns, systems change efforts, organizational development and partnership/coalition work. I also advise other facilitators designing gatherings and programs aimed at systems change. In this work, I focus on adult learning and facilitation strategies to maximize participation, authentic communication, and collaboration for lasting impact. Across all my work, I use a pragmatic and intuitive approach to empower individuals and groups to: • take a conscious pause and engage in profound vulnerability • release shame, find clarity, and reclaim agency • design and take next steps that are targeted and meaningful with ease and joy As a consultant, I have subject matter experience and expertise in economic and social policy issues that impact BIPOC and immigrant communities.
