Lead on developing and delivering sustainability engagement programmes and high impact charitable giving and employee volunteering strategies. Report on Community Investment data and impact across the Aviva Group Responsibility for significant budgets. Annual planning plus monthly financial reporting including accruals and reforecasting, plus oversight of team finances. Work to ensure compliance with appropriate legislation, standards, regulation and external stakeholder expectations on community investment best practice and benchmarks, including Aviva business standard and anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption requirements. Lead and inspire a high performing team and collaborate closely across the wider business and external agencies to execute sustainability and social action programmes.
