I was originally employed here as Graphic Designer, however as the company has grown, my role has developed in to e-commerce assistant and PR assistant also. My daily duties are as follows: * Managing all graphic design artwork and scheduling website changes, mailers, print marketing, social media graphics, look books and press releases. * Maintaining website and stock control, customer orders and email enquiries. * Photographing all product model shots and cutouts and organising creative photo shoots. Styling all shoots. * Managing the Social Media, including twitter, face book and instagram. * Uploading new products to the website and also working on Amazon and Asos marketplace. * Assisting with PR duties, including creating looks sheets , answering call-in's, emailing press,organising the daily press team duties, liaising with bloggers. * Team leading and time management for other member of the team in the managers absence. * Buying duties, sourcing new stock for the site and replenishing current stock, keeping an eye on new trends for products which will generate sales.
Producing web and print based graphics for the Beauty Work and Serina Sopia Brands. Including web page banners, mailers, print marketing, social media graphics, logos and look sheet.
