I March 2020 the private equity firm Adelis Equity Partners became majority owner of Säkra AB. Adelis is a growth partner for well-positioned Nordic companies. Adelis partners with management and entrepreneurs to build businesses in fundamentally attractive market segments and with leading market positions. CEO of the securities company Säkra Spar AB. Responsible for the company's legal commitments and ongoing management in accordance with the board's guidelines and instructions. Säkra Spar AB is a securities company that is under the supervision of Finansinspektionen. As an advisor to Säkra Spar, you are affiliated with us and work under our securities license. Säkra Spar is a wholly owned subsidiary of Säkra Holding AB. The other part in my role is Business Area Manager Saving for the Säkra Group. Reports to the Group President and is part of Säkra's Group Management. The responsibility covers the entire securities/savings area for the Group - ie both within the life & pension area but also open savings within eg depot etc. Säkra has been one of Sweden's leading chains of pension & insurance specialists since 1990 and offers our customers expertise in, and mediation of, pensions, insurance and capital investments. Säkra covers about 60 brokerage officies across the country. The group comprises about 280 employees with many different specialties in non-life & life insurance and financial advice.
