Hospitio, as our name suggests, was founded with the aim of bringing together many strong and distinct hospitality concepts that complement and reinforce each other. Hospitio has been created with the vision to transform and lead the restaurant industry by creating Sweden's largest and strongest restaurant group with a portfolio of sharply distinct and differentiated brands and restaurant concepts that complement and reinforce each other. Our ambition is to build an organization that utilizes the advantage of a large company; not only to reduce joint costs, but most importantly to reach critical size to be able to make the necessary investments in a joint tech platform, professional management, marketing and branding as well as core competence in effective day-to-day restaurant operations. Hospitio will be an acquisition-driven multi-brand restaurant group that will acquire strong, profitable and growing concepts with competent management that is willing to continue developing the business together with us. We are not an intrusive acquirer, nor do we have a centralized structure. When we invest in a company, our first priority is not the integration of the company into an enterprise system, but rather to build trust with the entrepreneurs who want to be part of our community and to introduce the entrepreneur to our Hospitio ecosystem, including among other things our core resources, wide and deep expertise, strong purchasing power, access to capital, sophisticated restaurant tech and most importantly; a talented and potent peer network. This is what we call the Hospitio benefit. From there, it is up to the local entrepreneur to leverage these resources to accelerate the creation of long-term sustainable value for their concept. Our business model is based on providing demonstrably talented entrepreneurs with the resources they need to transform their fine businesses into bigger and stronger companies.
