• Developed and matured an Enterprise Data Governance Program with emphasis on building out the Data Stewardship community, defining Data Domains that logically group data together, increasing enterprise Data Literacy amongst data creators, designing and deploying a Data Governance Committee and Council that has accountability over data and data decisions at the organization. • Lead the development of the Enterprise Data Quality framework, including defining six dimensions of Data Quality that are used to build Data Quality scorecards across six data domains. • Created and manage a new role in the department for data quality analysts who make data quality scorecards, resolve data exceptions, and develop Tableau Data Management dashboards for data creators. • Implemented a new Data Governance tool suite from Informatica for Data Quality, Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, Data Lineage and broader metadata management purposes. • Defined a Reference Data Management strategy to be deployed at the enterprise.

• Collaborated with the executive leadership team to maintain, communicate, and enforce Data Governance policies, processes, and procedures. • A sitting member of the six-person Data Governance Council, which included the COO, CAO, CTO, CFO, and the VP of Data Governance. • Performed data impact analysis and identify data quality initiatives to pursue using ROI analysis to first work on the most critical data issues. • Partnered with Business and IT Data Stewards regarding data changes and the resulting technology impacts and communicating those impacts to all stakeholders to mitigate any downstream data impacts. • Lead the development of the business data dictionary across all domains of data. Coached and mentored 2 junior analysts. • Regularly met with c-suite level leadership and prepared presentations and correspondence for the ELT team. • Part of the team selected to consolidate domain-level data quality metrics for consumption at the Data Governance Organization (DGO) and Data Governance Council (DGC) levels. • Designed and implemented plans to consolidate multiple governance-related activities and processes into the Data Governance organization.

• The InfoGenesis Point of Sale system owner for 15 integrated resorts inside the MGM portfolio spanning across 3 states. • Standardized processes for all MGM properties to make data uniform to enhance analytical reporting functions. • Maintained user access/security to front end POS. • Auditing and system maintenance expert for MGM Resorts financial systems. • Support Data Integrity team; validate Enterprise Data Warehouse for Food and Beverage data. • Viewed as subject matter expert of Food and Beverage data. • Identified critical enterprise reference data across multiple domains. • Managed implementation and maintenance of the identified critical reference objects, ensuring enterprise consistency with essential data of reference.

• Assisted with the management of systems implementations and processes. Report, researched, and resolved data quality/ configuration/ infrastructural issues for over twenty critical business systems. • Assisted in the design and creation of tools that ensured data quality and monitoring of data assets. • The administrator of the configuration aspects of many finance systems, including adding departments and accounts consistently across all affected systems.
