• Drove annual global licensee sales of more than $200M and delivered yearly increases of 24% to Body Glove licensees and retailers. • Lead all facets of brand marketing including retail launches/roll outs, in-store promotions (spiffs, sweepstakes, POP, coop, shop-in-shops, e-commerce integration, social media). • Worked directly with the licensees and directed operations in North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and South and Central America. Co-hosted brand summits to introduce seasonal lines and educate/train sales teams. • Facilitated the sale of Body Glove branded products by providing marketing and branding expertise to ensure compliance with company standards in balance with approaches that meet needs of the licensee’s clientele and territory. • Directed the negotiation and development of new products, digital platforms, feature films, music rights and coop advertising. • Dramatically improved the development of new licensees by conceiving and initiating a proprietary online approval process providing interactive resources and project tracking for licensees, this system is currently utilized in all licensed product approvals on a global basis. • Guide Body Glove Entertainment (BG’s in-house production company produces feature films, shorts, commercials, etc.) and secure music rights, releases, equipment, permits, content licenses, etc. • Slashed costs and maximized productivity by customizing and standardizing all vital documents including licenses, approval protocols, style guides, leases, brand development handbooks, corporate ID manuals, US and International marketing/business plans, and in-house magazines. • Supervised and controlled cost and scope of outside litigation counsel (insured loss, employment, family law, coverage, advertising injury, etc.).
