The Logistics Group was formed late 2018 after the unbundling of all the logistics assets in Capespan and had its roots in SA port terminals since the 1980’s. In April 2022 The Logistics Group was acquired through one of the largest empowerment transactions yet in South Africa involving a logistics company, when private equity fund African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) and the Mokobela-Shataki Consortium brought TLG into their fold.
