System set up  Setting up financial and management accounting system for the Company and monitoring the execution of the system.  Design system, setting up processes and procedures, reporting and communications among departments to complete SAP ERP system for the Company.  Setting up costing system for sales decisions and trade position monitoring system to allow coordination among sales, planning and purchasing departments for trading decision making. Strategic planning  Developing Company’s goals and overall budgets with inputs from different departments and past year Company’s performance review; planning for financial resources to meet Company’s goals.  Capital budgeting for long-term projects.  Proposing strategic investment strategy and implementing strategic investment such as setting up new branches. Financial reporting & management  Supervising the preparation of monthly management reports, analyzing management reports for strategic implications and efficiency improvements, preparing strategic recommendations and action plans from the analysis of management reports and report to CEO and Headquarter, and providing feedbacks to head of departments.  Supervising the preparation of yearly financial statements and working with auditors on finalizing the audited financial statements.  Supervising the preparation of tax reports.  Supervising the preparation of customs reports.  Managing cash flow, foreign exchange transactions, preparing cash flow projections.  Preparing financial projections. Other Management  Supervising accounting department  Managing purchasing department and supply chain network with surveyors in remote fields.  Supervising imports-exports department.  Supervising a remote branch factory. Arranging finance  Arranging financing for the company's operations and growth. M&A  Successfully closing M&A deal, selling the Company from previous owner to current owner.
