Valspar was acquired by Sherwin Williams in June 2017. Prior to the acquisition, I oversaw all facets of human resources work at manufacturing and distribution facilities for all North American business divisions of Valspar. Responsibilities include recruitment and talent acquisition, retention, labor relations, change management, succession planning, leadership/organization development, training, employee relations and performance management. Senior HR leader for the operations team, key advisor to the SR VP for Operations and his senior management team, manage all organizational design, including operations excellence integration at manufacturing locations.
