Managed, designed & tested multimillion dollar telecom network In-House Acceptance projects in Canada, the U.S. & Mexico for major global telecom providers & government agencies. Designed testing procedure for the customer’s network, coordinated with project managers for on-time material delivery & on-site technical support. Managed the testing project budget, tested the network design, presented the results & entertained the customer when on site. Results - Designed Excel budgeting tool that provided quick quote for the customer based on their network needs. Designed mechanical test stations, hardware & software tests using Matlab & C# for R&D products at Alpha, Beta & manufacturing process phases. The implementation significantly reduced the product debug pile & increased output, lowering operation costs. - Designed temporary Heatsinks for manufacturing test stations to allow for ease of debug for the operator, eliminating the damage to costly components.
