PRL Innovation is an association / forum created by and for public and private organizations, in which  an innovation culture in Health and Safety is promoted, because we believe that this activity can and should be managed in a way that generates value for people and that is fully aligned with business objectives. We care about reality. We try to be practical in the approaches and actions, we look for results and we question the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures, as well as the minimization of the bureaucracy. We believe we can move forward by trying new things, sharing with other professionals who experience a different way of doing HS. We can and must change the current vision of HS in companies and in society in general Our approach exceeds legal requirements and obligations and seeks to improve the safety, health and well-being of our client and consequently increase their motivation and commitment to improve their performance and productivity We believe that we have to move forward and create new approaches and take a step forward in HS culture. A not healthy business is not sustainable.
