Working as Application Team Lead in EPIC EMR System project ( Digital Transformation ), specialized in Laboratory Information System (Beaker Clinical Pathology). My role in the project: 1- Testing Group Team Leader Working as Leader for 18 system analysts and responsible for Epic EMR project testing in all areas, working from establishing the testing scripts into final test for all Epic system functions. 2- LIS Group Team Leader ( Laboratory Information system – Epic Beaker Module ) Working as Leader for 9 system analysts to build the Lab system that transform the lab work flow into an Epic system that includes 16 lab section and one Blood Bank. 3- Lab instruments Integration Handle the integration between Lab analyzers and Epic system using Data Innovations system including tests mapping and functional interface testing. 4- Training Support Working as guiding and support for the all analyst training in Epic project.

During this time I work as Team Leader for a wonderful team of 18 engineers and technicians , we handled the maintenance for all medical Electronic systems and devices in whole hospitals in KFMC. That including : • OR's (BrainLab system,Navigation system,ESU,OR1,..etc). • ICU's and ER's ( Vital sign monitors, Center station, infant warmer , Scales ..etc). • Cardiac Center (Telemetry units, Pacemakers ..etc). • Neurosciences center (EMU,MEG,IOM,EEG ..etc). • All Defibrillators. • All ECG,CTG,EMG. • Stress Lab, Swallwoing unit and all Wards and OPD . My responsibilities : 1- Supervision of Corrective maintenance and PPM and controlling the load distribution of manpower. 2- Improving maintenance efficiency and ppm CheckList, Calibration , Safety of medical equipment through standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1). 3- Full support for Doctors, specialist and end users. 4- Improving the Data in Biomedical AssetPlus System throgh inspection and inventory for my Area. 5- Participation in Tenders Technical Evaluation 6- Communicate with suppliers and companies for maintenance and spare parts. 7- Raise the workforce level through training, evaluation and motivation. 8- Preparation of maintenance reports.
Work as Biomedical technical support that responsible of Operating Rooms and Anesthesia and Endoscopy units . Medical system and Equipment such as : - Brain Lab Room system - Surgical Navigation systems - Modular OR1 system - Robotic Arm surgical system - Anesthesia Units - Endoscopy Units - Electrosurgery Units. - OR Tables - Nerves Stimulation - All other medical devices in OR's units , Endoscopy units .
