 Review concerns raised through the Ethics hotline or other channels; determines the appropriate action to be taken, including the investigation scope and plan  Assists in execution of Ethics’ Annual Plan & Promotes bank’s Ethics culture and values.  Critically review of investigation reports in relation to suspected violations of Code of Conduct, Governance Standards, and the law  Partnering with internal business departments to conduct a timely review of investigation reports, provide feedback, places these reports to Ethics Committee for decision, and track the action plans for implementation by relevant business partners.  Timely escalates and follow-ups on critical matters  Maintained the inventory of all cases being reported to Ethics and keep track /follow up of the cases with concerned business units for investigation reports/updates  Executes Ethics Committee Forum including timely preparation of minutes of meetings and addressing queries of the committee  Works with internal business owners with respect to multi-faceted training and awareness program  Ensures that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institutes performance measures to individual risk and compliance responsibilities which is mainly governed by the annual ethics program
