QSHE and Security KPI and targets introduced and measured.  Developed and implemented QMS from scratch.  Certified the company on the following international standards GXP PharmaChain, EngineChain (airfreight and sea freight), BatteryChain(to string DG requirements), AerospaceChain, SecureChain (TAPA TSR,TAPAFSR,ISO 27001 ), FreshChain, Food Safety (HACCP), Management System (ISO 9001), Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001), Ecology ( ISO 14001) productivity increase by 25%.  Designed and Implemented Global Exemption Process regarding the movement of DG, Forbidden DG, tasks, that may cause a higher liability of the company
