I’ve built a new business from the ground up. Major responsibilities: • development of the Company go-to-market strategy and tactical operations; • human resources management; • business process development and organization of the Company operations, determining resources, terms, cost; • building strategic relations, preparation and conduction of B2B sales presentations to the large enterprises of insurance industry; • market research, market analysis, identification of new trends, observation of competition and much more. In addition, I personally manage the following social projects: a. seminars for students "How to get started as a freelance translator" and b. seminars for clients "Specificity of translation for insurance industry." Started the i-translation project from the ground up. As for 2016 the Company's clients are more than 100 large financial companies from 8 countries of the world.
