-Lead operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for bottom line factors including project planning, marketing and sales objectives -Assures all the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and closely monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations -Determines CCI Group’s values, mission, vision and short- and long-term goals -Provides general oversight of all CCI Group’s activities, manages the day-to-day operations and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization -Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. -Serves as chief spokesperson for CCI Group assuring proper representation of the company to the community.
