My job role at Sun Technologies requires me documenting Competitor Analysis and preparing document for each prospect. I also maintain a tracking report of public relations activity on a daily basis. My other responsibilities at Sun Technologies includes: 1. Identify market segments (regions, target companies, demographics) for lead generation and sales prospecting. 2. Competitive information gathering, analysis and reporting monitor industry statistics and trends. 3. Gathering business intelligence on competitors, prospects, customers and suppliers. 4. Identify and evaluate new data sources in close collaboration and agreement with the marketing team, discuss actively market research and information needs of different teams, prepare a research plan. 5. Build, maintain and refresh a strong database of contacts with appropriate titles, functions, and contact details. 6. Mapping global markets, capturing market intelligence and defining the target market for client's product or services. 7. Segmenting and profiling of the target market. 8. Developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans research and supporting the sales team in providing any required information. 9. Conducting surveys and identifying the right business opportunities from target companies. 10. Doing data mining, account mining and contact mining 11. Doing e-mail marketing campaign to prospect contact lists.
