Lead on the strategic direction of ISHR´s communications and oversee deliverables, including: digital strategy, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. Strategy and Management • Devise and deliver ISHR communications strategy, enabling ISHR to achieve its strategic objectives by delivering measurable projects and campaigns to a consistently high quality. • Lead strategic communications for ISHR, including delivering communications plans for projects. • Develop and shape ISHR brand and visual identity and manage and enhance our brand equity. • Manage the communications budget, allocating resources strategically. Digital Strategy • Take overall responsibility for strategic leadership and management of ISHR and ISHR digital channels, including websites, social media channels and identifying opportunities to increase and improve our digital presence and make an impact with these channels. Stakeholder Relations • Represent ISHR as the lead on communications in internal and external meetings and events. • Guide and work alongside and, where appropriate, approach and encourage members and partners with respect to the development and management of project-related communications. • Work with ISHR ambassadors and other high-profile stakeholders to make an impact with our messages. • To advise and work alongside internal stakeholders, activist and partners to devise and implement communications campaigns and projects.
