The duties and responsibilities of M, E & R Coordinator are: • Provide overall technical Leadership and oversight of monitoring,evaluation and research work in CSADI/STEER Project. • Work with CSADI/STEER Project team to develop the Project Performance Monitoring Plan(PMP). • Oversee implementation of the PMP including production and use of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. • In coordination with the Project team and Project Manager, technically review all information produced by CSADI/STEER Project and maximize its use in strategy and project planning, refinement and execution. • In consultation with STEER team and Save the Children team, oversee all local management and implementation of special studies such as Value Chain Analysis and Commodity Market Development, and Household Vulnerability Assessment and Categorization. • Review and provide feedback on study protocols carried out on Project sites, in compliance with STEER's Evaluation and Research Standard Operating Procedures(E&R SOP). • Oversee data use capacity building across CSADI/ STEER Project staff through use of data for decision making curriculum. • Ensure that evaluation and documentation of CSADI/STEER are built into Project expansion and all capacity-building efforts the project undertakes. • Supervise M&E Associates, Data Entry Clerks and Interns. • Travel most of the time for field based technical assistance.
