1) Purchasing Main Duties: - Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the activities of the purchasing department. - Identify vendors of products - Evaluate cost and quality of goods. - Oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts - Follow up with the supplier to make sure that all overseas shipments arrive on time at the warehouse. - Sourcing existing and new products. - Overlooking the claim department to make sure that the claims are being properly done with the suppliers in respect to the bad quality of the merchandise. 2) Inventory Control Analyst: Main Duties: - Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels of products in accordance with inventory cycles. - Conduct inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. - Treat excess or obsolete inventories to free up storage space, - Optimize the management of stock to reduce costs while minimizing the risk of backorders. - Verify historical inventory data for analysis - Monitor inventory levels as stock are sold to the customer using computerized inventory system. - Compile inventory reports, recording the quantity, type and value of stock on hand on computerized inventory systems. - Analyze each customer account on their sales and inventory levels. This is to make sure that each customer will have sufficient inventory on hand. - Preparing profit margin reports - Ensure the forecast of the clients are followed,
