Consultant to the organization, evaluation, planning, and implementation of improvements in business processes and practices.

• Involvement in preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS Certification (ISO 9000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001). • Monitoring the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives. • Checking the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives. • Promote awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company thru trainings and presentations.

• Technical supervision of the development, equipment maintenance, and operations of engineering projects • Cooperation with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner • Devising plans for each phase of the project • Identification and procurement of the resources needed • Recruitment of engineering staff • Quality control to ensure the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product • Evaluation of costs within a specific time frame • Supervision of the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product • Delegation of tasks to the engineering team
