As a quantitative lead for the Workplace Intelligence service line, I focus on implementing real estate and operations solutions and drive analytic deliverables that directly impact workplace planning, design, and strategy decision-making. I have worked with national and global occupiers across a range of industry sectors on projects covering 3.5 million square feet. • Support clients in occupancy analytics, growth strategies, space management, and occupancy management processes. • Lead analytics in our workplace intelligence process, in partnership with our design leads, to assist clients in medium and long-term decision-making around their work environment using occupancy analytics, supply/demand modeling, utilization and attendance studies, workplace surveys, stakeholder engagement, and more to identify strategic opportunities, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. • Provide change management expertise to clients as they move their employees into new work environments, including transitions from traditional workplace models into flexible and dynamic workplace solutions. • Provide occupancy planning and restack support, and assist in implementing moves/restacks. • Bring expertise to clients in smart building technologies to help them manage their space and provide improved employee experience. • Regularly engage with C-suite level and senior leadership teams to guide them through the analytics, findings, recommendations, decision-making, and implementation of workplace transitions. • Participate in business development and contribute to internal marketing initiatives

As a quantitative lead for the Workplace Intelligence service line, I focused on implementing real estate and operations solutions through quantitative evaluation and data analytics. I work with clients to help drive analytic deliverables that directly impact workplace planning and strategy decision-making, engaging with clients throughout the life of a project to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and the unique ways their employees work. As part of the role with Cresa, I worked in an imbedded position as a Data Manager for the real estate and workplace team's global portfolio at a large social media company. In this role I led special projects, supported strategy decisions, and managed the space management system as a tool for occupancy planning, wayfinding, capacity tracking, and occupant management. I also managed the client data and goals associated with the business intelligence product offered by our team, acting as a liaison between our development team and the client's internal business partners.

• Held primary responsibility for tracking and analyzing all aspects of the Puget sound Industrial markets. • Tracked, maintained, and analyzed detailed data for lease and sales comparables, development pipelines, and relevant policy and economic activity in the local industrial real estate market. • Implemented the strategic industrial research plan for the Greater Seattle Area that aligned with the Americas Research platform. • Continually developed, enhanced, and leveraged detailed knowledge of the national economy. • Worked alongside the GIS and analytics teams to help visualize data, including through the implementation of JLL's proprietary data tracking system and 3D visualization tool. • Prepared specialized industrial market reports designed to aid business development pursuits. • Worked closely with research colleagues throughout JLL's Americas research group.

As a planner at Framework, Izzy used her experience in land use planning, public outreach, housing policy, capital planning, and parking policy to achieve client solutions. She consulted for public sector clients throughout the State of Washington. Izzy supported the firm as a policy, fiscal, and data analyst, and participated in facilitating community engagement efforts.
