Ambine is B2B SaaS helping marketers to improve their ROI of advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads. With Ambine, they can automatically optimize budgets, schedule campaigns, uncover insights, and manage ads with ease. Ambine is an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner. My role: 🎯 Assembled, built, and led a cross-functional team of 6 software engineers from scratch, cultivating a high-performing and collaborative work environment. 🎯 Acted as an integral part of the management team, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring alignment of technical efforts with overarching business objectives. 🎯 Collaborated closely with the Head of Product and Lead Data Scientist in Product Discovery initiatives, using data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and develop innovative solutions that drive customer value. 🎯 Initiated and implemented the Kanban process, streamlining team workflows and fostering efficient communication channels, resulting in significant improvements in overall productivity. 🎯 Facilitated a dramatic increase in deployment frequency, transitioning from bi-weekly deployments to multiple daily releases, driving continuous integration and rapid delivery of new features and updates. 🎯 Designed and architected serverless microservices in GCP utilizing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring the scalability and maintainability of cloud-based solutions. 🎯 Actively engaged in hiring and interviewing processes, while providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to developers, empowering them to excel in their roles and excel in cloud technologies. 🎯 Worked hands-on with the product, utilizing mainly Python, TypeScript, and Vue.js to develop innovative solutions and provide technical guidance to the team.

RADLY was a precursor to Ambine, combining development of B2B SaaS Programmatic Marketing Optimization offering with Digital Transformation consulting. In less than 12 months, the RADLY brand was decided to continue as a Consultancy where as Ambine would focus on SaaS offering. My role: 🎯 Established a product development function that continued to be the tech team of Ambine focusing 100% on the SaaS platform. 🎯 Contributed to the platform hands-on by creating new micro services and improving testing practices and coverage. 🎯 Introduced shared ways of working for software development and delivery. 🎯 Interviewed and recruited the first developers to help building the SaaS Product.

Dear Lucy is the “one company truth” across sales teams, management and board to drive predictable growth. With Dear Lucy Business Management Dashboards the company stays aligned and focused with their key metrics updated in real-time and available through any device. My role: 🎯 Contributed as a key team member in a high-performing group of Full Stack Developers, collaborating on various microservices and utilizing a diverse range of technologies including Node.js, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Terraform. 🎯 Employed my expertise in technologies like Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications, both in the front end and back end 🎯 Developed and implemented multiple data pipelines to integrate various data sources, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless data flow across the organization. 🎯 Actively participated in Sales Support, working closely with the sales team to address technical inquiries, present product demonstrations, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. 🎯 Assisted in Key Account Management, building strong relationships with major clients, identifying and addressing their needs, and providing ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption and retention. 🎯 Worked with other team members to introduce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform for efficient and reproducible infrastructure deployment and management. 🎯 Consistently demonstrated effective communication and collaboration skills, working in tandem with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, on-time delivery, and overall business success.

MeeDoc is a telehealth application and service securely connecting doctors and patients with their smart devices. My personal journey at MeeDoc has taken me from creating the initial prototypes and testing hypotheses in a small market niche to deliver a working product and service across Europe.

Exove is a leading open technology web design and development company in the Nordic countries and the Baltic states. We help our customers to grow their digital business. We provide beautiful, functional, and business driven web and mobile sites and applications. As a Team Lead, my main role besides development work was to help my team to transition into more profound use of agile methodologies, manage resourcing together with project managers.

In this position, I worked with a number of clients ranging from start ups to established businesses. Main roles included building impactful web presence for the client companies using Drupal, eZ Publish and Wordpress as the underlying CMS platform.

Fosta Consulting offers high quality consultancy services in research, data collection, statistical analysis and reporting. I helped customers to achieve better quality and performance through extracting valuable information from their organisations. My tasks included account management, survey creation, analysis and report automation. We created largely automised continuous reporting systems for organisations, including Nokia, Elisa, Valio, Viking Line and City of Helsinki. Most of this analysis and reporting was previously done completely manually which caused an unnecessary lag between conveying the survey and the actual decision making based on the reports.
