I Started my company with a client in the Greenville, SC area in the construction industry. Achieving my first client was completed through a partnership with my lean manufacturing business partner Johnny Fleming - Fleming Consulting. My first accomplishment was to complete a purchasing assessment, which I developed the flexibility to use in any industry. After the assessment I presented my assessment finding to my clients CEO and his senior staff. Next on the agenda was to develop Lean Purchasing training for key people identified in their supply chain organization.
Senior Buyer, Oxygen Sensor Business Unit purchasing of wire harness. The Wire Harness represents 80% of the total Oxygen Sensor cost. Developed cost tables for the wire harnesses enabling savings of $550K annually in aftermarket wire harnesses.

Its success generated current discussions to implement throughout the GM system worldwide.
Commodity Supervisor - Responsible for all North America glass purchasing. Global team leader for glass worldwide for Donnelly Corporation. Glass purchased represented over 80% of total purchasing dollars for Donnelly. Helped formulate and implement a strategy between Donnelly Engineering and its suppliers that resulted in a savings of 5% of total purchasing dollars for glass.
