As a PAL Leader I ran three sessions a week giving advice and helping students with their first year module C Programming, and later the Computer Networks and Operating Systems second year module. Each week I would facilitate discussion between the students on topics covered in lectures, tutorials, assignments, and exam revision. I had contact with just under 90 students in total across the three sessions per week.
