In-house consultant. Two contracts. Project 1: March - October 2019 Advised APA Group's Executive Leadership Team on ESG and sustainability, communication and reporting to lift maturity, improve disclosure and strategic alignment. Extensive stakeholder engagement resulted in a stepped-changed annual sustainability report which included APA's first Taskforce on Climate Related Financial Disclosure, and delivery of APA’s first Energy Charter disclosure. Project 2: June 2020 - December 2020: Partnered with Executive Director, People and Culture to develop an enterprise culture change strategy to create a high performance culture and embed APA's new company purpose. Results included strategic planning that aligned senior leaders, input into the design of the governance framework, communication strategic planning and delivery of leadership and CEO communication.
Partnered with global leaders, cross-functional business units, regional and in-country communications and brand teams across five regions (50 plus countries) to progress and embed the global sustainability strategy, create positive impact and build Kimberly-Clarks global reputation and trust with key stakeholders. Developed global positioning and scaled sustainability programs focused on climate change, product stewardship and accelerating progress towards a circular economy, ethical sourcing, water and developing global brand-led social impact programs across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and Latin America. Led global sustainability / ESG reporting, storytelling and content creation and communication of sustainability projects and initiatives including planning and implementing comprehensive communications programs for significant global announcements on renewable energy and water. Worked closely with Kimberly-Clark Foundation to develop funding models and measure social and environmental impact.
On the Executive Leadership Team and reported to CEO of Kimberly-Clark Australia & New Zealand and was a trusted adviser to the CEO during a period of significant change and restructure. Responsible for all aspects of corporate affairs including government relations, corporate and marketing communication, leadership and employee comms, stakeholder engagement, along with developing and leading the multi-award winning sustainability strategy and program of work across business functions. The sustainability strategy and program I developed and led won over eight awards, including Kimberly-Clark being named Leading Large Organisation in Australia for Sustainability, and the Minister for Environment's Cleaner Environment Award in the Banksia Awards due the business, social and environmental outcomes the strategy created.
Tasked with developing the company sustainability strategy and pivoting from an 'environmental management approach' to a holistic social, environmental and governance strategy. Responsible for regulatory and voluntary environmental reporting, including preparing the business for carbon tax legislation, ethical sourcing, government relations on environmental /sustainability issues and developed relationships with leading NGOs.

Named Young Public Relations Professional of the Year in the Asia Pacific PR Week Awards during this period, having won more than 20 awards for client projects that I helped develop, lead and implement.
