Jakob Hussfelt

Since 2001 I have enjoyed working with organisations in removing eluding obstacles and making business and operations effective and predictable. I have helped large organisations as well as not-for-profits manage projects and optimise processes by passionately pursuing root cause for any significant organisational inefficiencies. I laid a technical foundation for my career by personally developing core system automation tools as well as full-stack, interactive web based solutions in the early 2000s. Through the next decade, I was acting in various IT Management consultant roles: Designing and leading infrastructure migrations, working as outsourced CTO, engaging as ITIL process manager as well as managing global application deployments, global infrastructure migrations, service transitions and office relocations. I have been driven by human development and motivated by new challenges where the solutions come from continuous progress. I am also passionate about social entrepreneurship, both contributing to social breakthroughs and producing answers to contemporary challenges for organisations. My work has been built around being a structured, persistent, knowledge-sharing team-player, complemented by University studies, board experience, writing in Swedish press and teaching classes. My desire at work is to innovate, create a positive, collaborative atmosphere and to help other people thrive and to contribute in ways that promote wider social corporate responsibility and sustainability. Applying my experience to make a difference, I build momentum in my assignments to make my clients better off, preferably and willingly far beyond the scope of an assignment.
