This plant was set up to manufacture of organic fertilizer from cow manure and poultry manure for a capacity of 500 tpd by windrow composting and with heat treating dryers . This plant was developed from concept design to commissioning of the plant by me and is being functioning successfully from 1995 to till date Organic fertilizer is manufactured in powder form , granules and pellets form It is the biggest organic fertilizer plant in UAE
Involved in the Synthetic Rutile manufacuring by direct high temperature chlorination with Dr . Wenddell Dunn from USA and with Mr.M.N.Baskaran. It was very interesting to work with Dr.Dunn and with Mr.M.N.Baskaran in the development for manufacture of Synthetic rutile by direct high temperature chlorination of Ilmenite form the lab basis to commercial plant basis with petented technology of Dr.Dunn.
During this period had training with M/s Kerr McGee chemical corporation in their Titanium dioxide facility at Hamilton , Mississippi USA . i was in the main team which commissioned the project. It was very interesting and very educative to work with Mr.M.Joseph I A S and managing director , and with Mr..Ayyappan Nair General Manager and Mr.G.Harindran Dy.General manger.Durin this period I gained lot of confidence in my experience and in my work as design engineer and and process engineer.with gain in vast chemistry knowledge.I am very proud to having worked there in the commissioning team of such innovative and bigger projct
